"Yours is the first hotel in my more than 50 years of life i would, and will, happily return to.  The staff were friendly and welcoming-not patronising. The building of course is beautiful and was as it should be regards cleanliness and comfort, but somehow and more importantly my husband and i felt 'at home'.  At no time did we feel like unwelcome interlopers or visitors from another world!  The rooftop bar is fantastic."
